Creative practice NO.1: EAE-cloud service for intelligent lifts
EAE-cloud is an intelligent lifts management system which can be visualized at the mobile terminals. This system is able to provide complete and effective solution to lifts management for the customers as functions like maintenance warning, one-button failure reporting, lift’s location positioning and lift’s information tacking are realized.

Creative practice NO.2: New generation of two-post lift
 This new two-post lift has adopted an intelligent control system, compared with the traditional two-post lifts, it has improved obviously in convenience, intelligence, safety and saved much cost for maintenance and installation.
 No wire rope is used for balance purpose and no base plate or overhead crossbeam is connected between two posts which make this new two-post lift be born with advantages in the following aspects.
 Firstly, the scope of application is wider. It is less demanding on installation space as the width between columns is more flexible.
Secondly, compared with the two-post lift with similar lifting capacity, the time used for installation is saved roughly by 50% - 70%;
 Thirdly, as it is rope-free, cost on regular maintenance and replacement of wire ropes are saved.
Last but not the least, it is safer as by adopting the intelligent control system, “out of synchronization” can be timely detected and automatically adjusted.  

Creative practice NO.3: New mobile lifting table for assembling and disassembling battery packs
In 2017, EAE designed and produced the first generation of mobile lifting table specially used for assembling and disassembling battery packs. After 3 more years’ application in different electric vehicle service workshops, we have accumulated valuable application experience, with which we upgraded the performance of our new mobile lifting table. To enable a better performance in practice, we upgraded the load platform, making it be able to tilt to whatever direction with in ±40mm and we creatively redesigned the hydraulic system, allowing the lifting table to rise with fast and slow speed modes so as to meet the need in practical use. Moreover, we have been in close cooperation with electrical car manufacturers to develop special clamps and fixtures for various vehicles.

Creative practice NO.4: Heavy-duty mobile column lifts
Each column has a lifting capacity of 8000kg, wireless and intelligent connected, and a maximal of 8 columns can be interconnected and work synchronously.Single column mode and multiple column mode are transferred with an ID card, convenient and safe.Visual interface technology enables to display data such as rising height of each column constantly. Continuous synchronization and safe operation are assured through the intelligent control system and by highly precise sensors.
